Visiting GEP
Dr. L. Corlatti is visiting the GEP for few weeks. Luca will work with G. Tavecchia and A. Sanz-Aguilar on estimating mortality of deers at the Stelvio National Park using radio-tracking data.

G.E.P. at the MUSE
A. Sanz-Aguilar, from the GEP, visited the Museo delle Scienze di Trento (Italy) with a Short Term Scientific
Mission funded by EU COST Action ES1304, the ParrotNet European network of
scientists, practitioners and policy-makers dedicated to research on invasive
parrots, their impacts and the challenges they present.
During 1 month at the MUSE, Ana will collaborate with Dr. Simone Tenan evaluating the population
dynamics of the rose-ringed parakeet across Europe.

New at the Population Ecology Group (GEP)
Giulia Bastianelli, student at the Unidad Mixta de Investigación en Biodiversidad (UO/CSIC/PA), joined the GEP for three months. Giulia is working on the influence of the altitudinal gradient on the demography of passerines.
